The last few weeks I have been working on so many projects as well as managing my 3 little people. I have done a terrible job preparing meals and taking the time to cook healthy. Throwing together last minute meals has been the norm. And P Terry's drive through dinners are becoming more frequent too.
And can you believe it??? My afternoon sleepies are BACK!!! Yesterday afternoon while reading a book to 1 of 3, I told her I had to close my eyes for a bit. I was mid sentence and was about to pass out to sleep.
So for me, a diet that lacks loads of fruit and vegetables and homemade treats that are not loaded with sugar equals a narcoleptic Natalie.
I must do better so I can get my energy back. I so need a nap.

I have noticed this as well. During my pregnancy I was so aware of this but completely forgot. It is hard to stay loyal to cooking, making lunch and even fitting in breakfast when life gets in the way. I totally need to make more of an effort!
